I came across this news article and found it pretty interesting. Who are in the wrong here, the parents, Apple or the kid? All of them?
Personally, I think that the kid and parents should have read the "This in-app purchase will cost £XX.XX".
They had to physically click the "Purchase" button.
Apple cannot make it any more obvious can they? I suppose they felt slightly in the wrong as they issued the refund along with a statement regarding the parental control features that all iOS devices have.
So, right or wrong to issue the refund? Who was in the wrong? Post below!
