I don't think animated badges look nice. I think only the sparkle effect and possibly a colour change looks nice. It's not a badge if it moves about. The sunflower looks nice though.

Someone else already said it but I only really like them animated if it's fit for purpose like the gold HC badges sparkling etc

I thought the client didn't support the animated badges? I remember they tried it with the cube one and it didn't turn out well.
Anyway, i'm not too keen on the animation either, the badge isn't too bad to be fair

I think animated badges are good only if they are moderate, e.g a little sparkle.
