As long as there's a chance for people who aren't friends with staff ('cause face it, that's how "got game" seems to be going) to have a staff-picked room then it's a good return.

Same system at habbo netherlands. When they voted, you get top room rating.

Well they used to visit rooms with lots of votes and people in them before, that's how it was done. But Hawkys just got recreated yesterday and was put up straight away, so I have no idea.
