Big problem..

Basically, just got my new computer. I have:
C:\ 128gb SSD
D:\ 1TB HDD
E:\ 250GB HDD

I download stuff onto D, and i'm installing my games onto D. But I have a problem, I tried to install Sims 3, I get a 'CRC' error EVERY TIME. Just tried to install ETS2, I'm getting 'The source file is corrupted'.. why isn't anything working?! :S
