I'm on tablets, nasal spray and eye drops and that seems to do the trick

Try to look out for antihistamine, all antihistamine products do the same so don't rule out any own brand ones. One tablet a day and you don't feel any symptoms. Hope I helped.

I get it so bad. I've had it really bad for ages too, at first we thought I just had a cold but realised that it was just early hayfever. I just take tablets in the morning if I'm sneezing, if not I just try braving it. It's such a pain in the ass.
