Website help

Me and a friend are designing a website and need some help as we've never done it before. How easy is it to suss out? Is it worth looking at this kind of thing http://www.1and1.co.uk/domain-name-r...ion-management
We basically want to sell cards and stuff like that. Do we need a business name and if so how do we find one that's unique? Do we base our domain name on that or find a domain name and base the name on that?

It's good that you have a business plan as such but if you're not competent in the web development department then it'd probably be wise to get somebody on board who does.
