I've been banned on habbo. HELP APPEAL

I've been banned on habbo for saying the *********** link. I assure you it was a mistake and this is how it went down. (by the way I let my Dad do it considering he knows how to persuade people) Thanks.

Hello Habbo. My name is Alvein. And my child has been banned from playing your game. He was considered rich with 177 goldbars. With that amount of money he had no intention to scam someone for their credits. See what had happen in full length. He got up from the computer and then got a surprise visit by his brother who'd checked on a website called ***********, some guy told him to go to it and he realized it was a scam. When his brother was about to report the URL to you guys, My other son (owner of this account) told him to get off the computer because he was on it. Then, while in a casino taking bets as you may know dealers (in the booth) shout out the deals they do for example "Doing x3/ on pkr" his deal was on copy BEFORE his other brother was on the account. He had no idea that the copy and paste directory was changed when he got up. He outburst the URL link that his brother had copied to send to you guys. If you guys can check the past chat logs that leaded up to the URL link it would be great evidence. Because it went from bets to the URL. I've read the terms and conditions and I agree you are responsible for your own account but in this case we were trying to help you! we tried sending you the URL to the scam site but was interrupted and was on copy and paste without him knowing. If you have read this, you would now know that this is a big misunderstanding. Plus he was in a casino so a lot of people knew about the scam site so he wasn't afraid that anyone would click on it. My son loves this game and spent tireless hours on the computer playing it. If you ban him from the account forever he would be devastated. I don't want my son to go through misery considering he's been playing this game ever since he was thirteen. Habbo, Sulake... Do what's best for my son, and you guys. All he wanted to do was deal, and this happened. My other son is devastated already as well. Considering that he thinks he got his account banned. I know you guys don't really let this one go, but I hope you guys allow the fact that we were trying to help you from scamming sites and did not know you have heard about this site. Please have a heart.


Do you think they'll believe me, and get unbanned? I sent more then 2 days ago. waiting for a reply.

@alvien; It normally has been taking the Help Tool staff about 3-5 weeks to reply to Tickets. All I can suggest for you is to wait it out.

Do you honestly expect anyone to believe that mess was written by an adult? :S

It's rife with grammatical errors, has no proper formatting and reeks of desperation. You also drop the names of aspects of the game (Chat logs, "x3 pkr" to name a few) which someone who had never played the game would literally never mention. The trite attempts at sentimentality towards the end are just the icing on the cake.
