Someone else needs full access like Jin, as the downtime could of been much shorter otherwise.

Technically we already have a second person who has server access. This issue required someone at the datacenter of where the server is hosted to sort it out. Unfortunately only Jin currently has that access to the support area, Tom has asked him if he can have access to that area in case we need it again in the future. We have no idea if we will be granted that access so we can only hope but we should blame Jin for having a heavy night and passing out early.

On the note of downtime, why did @Recursion; think it's a good idea to do database improvements AT 8PM? WHEN MOST USERS ARE ONLINE LOL what are you doing man!
