15k?! I have seen 9y with about 5k and CoolEdgeDay with 6k!

Highest i've seen is 5kish. But people who have maxed nearly every achievement will have up into 10-15k.

Its easy to get ac points with facebook accounts. You get double more when you share bonus to your friends.
Just in new ice game you can get about 800 points + banzai + respects form other accounts + pet owner badges + scratches form other accounts + new freeze game

I suppose if you max most of the tasks and get the facebook bonuses, it's possible.
