So I'm 14 and 11st. I know that's a lot like and I'm loosing it all. And was wondering how much is the average weight (in stone) for a 14 year old boy - who is fairly fall?

Height's a big factor so that could be on the healthy side of things too, and of course lifestyle differences like if you're a wrestler or a swimmer or dancer or whatever can make a huge difference to what's considered the "right" weight. The problem isn't so much the weight, it's what you're doing with it and where it's coming from

As FJ said, it depends on what do you.

Do your BMI (this doesn't account for body fat though)

Fitness is the ability to meet the demands of the environment. E.g. if you're a 20 stone sumo wrestler then you're considered 'fit' as you are meeting the demands that your environment requires.
