No you're not allowed to accuse anyone of scamming whether they're a member or not afaik.

I don't think you're allowed to accuse anyone of scamming, but you're allowed to provide links of a person scamming. Might be wrong.

Well I'm going to say (and sorry for doing it this way) this is what the rule states:

A4. Do not accuse others of scamming or hacking, or any other illegal activity ~ making baseless accusations only leads to arguments and often members are targeted wrongly or unfairly. We do not allow you to accuse anyone of hacking, scamming or illegal activities with or without evidence so as to maintain a positive atmosphere about the forum.

so I interpret that as no you shouldn't accuse anyone, even with evidence.

Is it actually a scam? Other than in the thread title where it says scammer, he just mentions the user previously being a troll and being unable to count. Maybe @e5; didn't realise it was a scam (if it is). I haven't seen the video .

Afaik you can't accuse other members of scamming. Pleke is permanently banned and therefore not a member.

I was actually clearing this up with Phil but we didn't come to a conclusion so I am yet to do anything

Even if hes banned hes still a member... Anyone who registers is a member
