How do you appeal a ban?

LOL, i was checking my emails when i found that they have replied to the request via email, on the same day i sent it in lmao....

so just check ur habbo email email inboxes and search on hotmail " habbo " and find the help.habbo@ something.com and click it and see if they have replied. If i didnt check i would of just kept on waiting until my ban finished

I don't understand why it's taken so long tbh. They took 2 days to reply to me and then replied every half and hour and I got unbanned. Also considering it wasn't a legit ban I'd have thought she'd have been unbanned by now

I have already gave them the extra information plus more but I've had nothing back. It's a bit of a joke really considering the reasons.
