if u dont know, put ur fingers right down ur throat till can touch the back. if u start 2 gag and begin to throw up then yes u have a bad gag reflex

i just put my whole fist right the way down i can say i have no gag reflex at all. im putting that right on my CV!

Yeah if you hold your thumb inside your fist it stops the reflex no idea why but it does work
