i don't really eat healthily
i just don't eat a lot
even tho i'm starving most of the time I just can't be bothered to feed myself until i'm on the verge of death
tbh i don't know either, i think obviously you should eat a lot of fruit because all fruits are tasty and super healthy
the food that i eat usually is cereal though, probably not the best for you all the time but i'm fussy
OH!! also smoothies are very healthy too, u should try smoothies if you haven't already
Erm I just pig out all of the time but when I get really peckish and want a snack I go and eat a banana or like one of them summer fruit cereal bars
& I'll sometimes eat just peas on their own which is quite weird and tastes a bit naff but HEALTHY
I love food
eat rice cakes with a yoghurt coating, they're lovely and filling and low on all the daily % things!!

I really don't eat healthily at all lmao.
Uh we have banana smoothies a lot (if that's even healthy) and try not to skip meals as I know that's more dangerous than a way to lose weight and doesn't always work. In fact, skipping breakfast made me eat more during the day lol, so yeah don't do that.

It doesn't really matter too much what you eat in weight loss, just be prepared and knowledge yourself on how you'll have to burn it off and what effect it'll do to your body.
You didn't specify what your current diet is like so I can't really recommend anything, but if you're trying to lose weight then look for a good app that'll calculate your daily intake and will tell you how many kj to have, how much you've gone over and there might be ones that tell you how you would work it off.

I've recently decided that I want to stop eating too many carbs and junk food so I've started to replace any junk I would usually snack on with fruit, vegetables, nuts and yoghurt. Don't eat any big meals after 6, if you get hungry stick to fruit etc. Drink plenty of water and stop drinking any fizzy drinks or cut down at least.
