Default Samsung galaxy S4 - Help!

I've had a Samsung galaxy S4 since mid february now and it's a really good phone, but I was just wondering if anyone could help me.

    1) When it has around 15% battery left it lets me view the percentages of what made my battery get lower etc.
The screen thingy is the one that takes around 40% battery whilst apps like spotify take like 5%. When I click the screen button it tells me: 'Battery used by display and backlight. Reduce screen brightness and/or screen timeout.' But it's on the lowest brightness you can have I think so cant reduce it. Is there any way to actually make it lower or do I have to put up with that

    2) Theres a lot of apps like: 'S Health, Samsung hub, Samsung wallet, Trip advisor, KNOX' and wont let me uninstall any of them? :S I know they may be useful to other people using the phone but to me it's annoying having so many apps which I dont need, I've only installed around 10 probably that I actually need/use.

Hopefully someone can help!! +Rep to anyone who attempts pleasee

Battery wise I'm not sure if there's much more you can do. There is a power saving mode and auto brightness. There's lots of power saving apps but I've never seen much improvement from them.

As to the extras I believe you would need to root your phone to do this but I'm not sure how this would affect your warranty. Also isn't knox security? Not sure how good it is.

Idk when I click it, it takes forever to load and I already gave AVG installed. With the bsttery savers, dont they already waste battery? And the apps I cant uninstall like s health take 10% of my battey even if I dont use it or click it :S
