I don't really take much notice in different campaigns Habbo have, so this could already be happening and I wouldn't have a clue. With the World Cup going on, it wouldn't surprise me if they arranged for fansites to play against eachother on-client. It would be better if each fansite got to design their own T-Shirt for the event and that's exactly what this competition asks you to do!
