Default Selling habbo on ebay? O.o

I thought this was ileagel i also heard someone got taken to court and was fined a lot of money for doing this as it wasn't theres to sell....
But i often search to see what people are selling and if people are actually bidding for the items..
on a majority of ads it says 'SUPER RARE HABBO SOFA' ECT AND 'SUPER RARES FOR SALE GET RICH THE EASY WAY' But none of them are super o.o..
i'd also like to know where this guy got his prices for the items he is selling :S

You might think this is a pointless thread, But what to you think about selling/buying habbo furni off ebay, an easy way to be scammed i think.
Have you ever bought/sold habbo furni on ebay and was the transaction smooth?

    Nope, it's illegal.

Anyway, there are lots of stories about this and courts and all that. What I'd like to know is, which are bogus and which aren't?

It depends how you sell it. If you sell something like an index card and as a paid gift you get Habbo furni, it's legal. If you are paying for the time and effort for them to move the furni, it's legal.
