Go to the user groups bit choose your group and then when you will see two boxes called prefiexes and suffixes. It tell you there.

Arent there also some Codes about to do all that for you? I remember seeing some on the invisionfree code index

Hex Codes, yes but I not sure if you use them on Ipb, for changing user titles
