Favourite/notable games of the year

Since the year is basically over for new game releases, I thought I would see what everybody's favourite game(s) this year are.

The only game I have played and enjoyed this year is Bayonetta 2. Other games I've played were either released last year (Animal Crossing and GTA V) or not that great.

So far it probably has to be Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor. I've had a lot of fun with this game and the fact that they've doing regular dlc for free makes it even better. I've got a few more games to try before the year ends but that gets my vote so far!
