Many people say they're going to go to the gym/exercise more and/or eat healthier as their new years resolution.
How's it going for people who have done so?

Have been to the gym 5 times a week since late last year and haven't had a takeaway for ages. I made a pact with housemates to not drink alcohol for the entirety of January but that went out of the window last week and we've decided that it's OKAY so long as we don't do it inside the house... Better luck next year I guess :/

I've completely cut out McDonalds and Coca Cola, used to drink about 10+ litres of coke a week and I've swapped it for 2 litre bottles of water a day, eating as much as fresh fruit and veg as I can and so far I've lost a few pounds and 2 inches around my waist, I've vowed to do more exercise as well but I can't go out for a run when there's black ice like there is at the moment, I'd end up flat on my face haha
Jan has been awful for me. I can't motivate myself at all to eat properly and I have been gyming it but half the time I cba.
Wow that's great @Jssy!
I've been struggling to stick to not eating chocolate, especially when I'm trying to write my dissertation. I've been to the gym a few times and now that I'm at home I'm using the bike and doing other exercises. I'm thinking about trying a 30 day challenge thing and see how it goes.
I started going gym in October and eating better anyway but it's going well
