Jekyll

Just wondered is anyone has expolored into the world of Jekyll? I discovered it the other day through University and it seemed quite cool! It's a static website generator-type-thing, it's "noob friendly" and seems to be simple to grasp. I've started using it to get my personal portfolio up and running and I'm enjoying the experience so far.
