What sort of exercise do you do if anything?

What sort of exercise do you do if anything?

Walk to the bathroom, occasionally down stairs, rarely to the car.
Lol none. I walk around all day when im out doing my course or down the street.
Atm running 3-5 miles a few times a week as well as gym 4/5 days a week. Starting doing aerobics mode on the cross trainer for 30 mins/treadmill, rowing, biking and then do some ab exercises with a 5kg weight.
I don't do much, although I should really do Pilates for the lower back pain I get.
I used to cycle every day, not done it in a while because of weather and College :/ Hopefully in this break I have for two weeks I will start cycling again, hopefully...![]()
