Default Fitness Diet Meal plans for a women

If you don't know already, i've been turning my health and fitness around for the past month now. I've invested in Personal training sessions and regular sessions for myself at the gym every week. I've also changed my diet, the biggest cut out being fast foods, as i practically lived off of these. If anyone has knowledge of a healthy and nutritional diet for an 18 year old female, weight of 64kg, BMI 22.4 and Height of 5 ft 6.5.

    Thanks!

To gain muscle and have a massive tone up. My trainers already told me to increase protein and carbs such as pasta, chicken aand rice into my diet, including 2 portions of fish a week as well. As well as not eating past 7pm. But basically I'm aiming for a sick pack and toned arms and legs.

Hmm I disagree with the carbs.

Has he given you a workout programme? If I were you I would use cardio for warm up and cool down but your main workout be weights. When I get home I can give you some toning exercises for your stomach that are really good. You can do them from home, takes about 30 mins.

Btw I know nothing about the meals but I know a bit about the rest BMI is also crap...

Carbs are essential wtf how can you 'disagree'. Listen to your personal trainer - they are the best qualified for this.

Carbs are worse for body fat than fat is. I'm not suggesting cut them out I just wouldn't recommend eating more than you usually do in your normal diet. Like why do people tell others to cut out white bread, pasta etc. carbs.

You are pedalling nonsense. Cutting carbs will increase weight loss, yes, but to suggest doing so to somebody who wants to bulk is ludicrous. Eating more carbs will, along with providing more energy for longer/more intense workouts, prevent the body from using protein for energy and increase muscle growth. As I said before - personal trainers are qualified and registered professionals , they know their stuff and the best bet is to talk with your pt a little more and try to work out a more thorough mealplan.
