Okay so i love hosting my events, i hope you all love attending them! BUT! thats not enough for me. I want to make it better, more fun and its not just about us hosts its about all of you who attend. So if you could all fill in the questions for me and let me know. Thank you!

1a) Do you attend events? If I'm online really.
1b) Why (not)? Usually at work or don't notice they're on. CNB is a bit of a bore for me so I don't often read it unless its a big event thing happening, eg. hxss or hxween.
2a) Do you think the average event prize is acceptable? I've received anything from 2-5c in events (recently). But 2 is most common so I'd say average is about 2.5-3c. Honestly, I know people can't always afford it but that's really not much, especially when games last like 25 minutes per game.
2b) If not what would you like? (be realistic) Prizes depending on length of games. eg. 25 minute games = 5c, 15 minute games = 3c or whatever. numbers are an example.
3a) Do you think the department is working well? This is a difficult question because it varies. Sometimes you could get 40+ people, sometimes you get 6. But overall I'd say maybe not as well as it should because say you have 40+ people, I guarantee only 1 (if lucky) will sign up, and that's only if they have had a good experience, which with some hosts, isn't what they're getting.
3b) Why (not)? Above
4) If you could what would you change? Make people with ugly rooms change them. The layout and style of a room is the first impression people will get of an event. If it has lodge dividers, forest walls and neon party floors, it's not going to make a good impression. I'm not saying they have to spend 500c on a room, but it is possible to make a room look cute and nice using simple and cheap(er) furniture. Also, different note; I'd also change something to do with Community Noticeboards. I know this can't be your call Coral but it's definitely worth talking to GM about maybe an alternative way of advertising as most people probably don't even bother looking at them anymore.
5) What is the worst thing about the department? I don't think there is a "worst" part really. I think it's just loads of little things adding together stopping events being glamorous.
6) What is the best thing about the department? Not only saying this because you're my friends, but the choice in manager. i know you are so dedicated and will do all you possibly can to get the department on its feet again.
7) What are the events you enjoy? Events that involve strategy or uniqueness. Sitting on a chair for 15 minutes while it moves around, or waiting for a dice to come to you is a bit boring.
8) What events do you want to see more of? Black Hole, Backstabber, Snake, things like that.
9) What events do you want to see less of? Fridge game/races/bingo. Dont' roll a...
10) Rate the events department out of 7/10.
Anything else to add? Similar to comps, work on advertising, both for your event and for the forum during your event.

2a) Do you think the average event prize is acceptable? i don't think there should be the same minimum prize for everything (3c is it) events which last longer than others/require more effort should have a higher prize
2b) If not what would you like? (be realistic) mentioned above

3b) Why (not)? I dunno if this already happens but get the eos to interact with eachother more and have more knowledge on what events are when. Sometimes I ask an eo if an event is on and they say no, but when I look there's one there..

5) What is the worst thing about the department? how dull the eos can be when hosting..they often just sit there and don't interact with people
6) What is the best thing about the department? new management seems hopeful xo
7) What are the events you enjoy? bank game cos suspense, umm supermarket sweep is always a good one (when its hosted right )

9) What events do you want to see less of? don't hit the wall, don't roll a 6 etc, they're fine everynow and then but we had an eo a while back doing pod race..then don't hit the wall..then pod races again

1a) Do you attend events? Occasionally when on Habbo
1b) Why (not)? Because my friends go there, though only when a good organiser is hosting
2a) Do you think the average event prize is acceptable? No. As said above, some games last a considerable amount of time so 5 rep points or 2 coins doesn't really seem justifiable.
2b) If not what would you like? (be realistic) Greater rep points, able to get things from the forum shop for big wins, or long events. Better furniture or more coins.
3a) Do you think the department is working well? Sometimes, I don't know many events organisers.
3b) Why (not)? I don't know if you just can't get the staff or management changes but it used to be a great department. I seldom think of it now days.
4) If you could what would you change? Better standards of events rooms. I went to one yesterday and the room literally hurt my eyes. You look at other fansites such as HFFM and all of their events rooms look beautiful. Whether it be by using builders club or ''events rooms'' that are owned by Habbox and events organisers have rites to. I'm not sure but something needs to be done.
5) What is the worst thing about the department? Some staff are unprofessional and rude, as well as lack of advertising. I never know when anything is happening. Should do more in HxHD as well to advertise events.

7) What are the events you enjoy? Any games, so long as it's run properly and in a pretty room.

1b) Why (not)? been on less recently, and most of the events now are either nervous game or some form of trivia, which i cba with.
2a) Do you think the average event prize is acceptable? they work to a point for regulars, but it's confusing for new people cause all the hosts are like "omgreptokenrafflecoinzreadthesticky". what's a rep token?
2b) If not what would you like? (be realistic) i'd keep the raffle and the coins, then work out some kind of exchange thing for forum members to get tokens and rep and stuff. instead of asking everyone if they want it and confusing them. or even ditch the rep altogether.
i saw recently people talking about how hosts used to take screenshots at the end of events maybe that can be a weekly thing on forum to get tokens. not sure how though.

3b) Why (not)? it's lacking. the schedule is almost always empty.
4) If you could what would you change? i would up the minimum, which i think is 2 events a week? not good enough. and i'd change the schedule to allow booking at half past the hour. (obviously not if there's already an event)

7) What are the events you enjoy? maybe the minority opinion, but the ones you can have a laugh and talk through, instead of sweating over your keyboard and mouse trying to be fastest.
8) What events do you want to see more of? played lucky chair last night, that was fun. don't think i've ever seen habbox host that.
9) What events do you want to see less of? none specifically, but the schedule, although empty, can be repetitive.

I agree with the thing about confusion over prizes for newcomers above^

Instead of hosts saying "coins furni rep tokens or raffle?", why don't you encourage them to ask "coins/furni or a habboxforum-based prize?" (just an example obv, you might want to work something else out). Easy enough to change.

2a) Do you think the average event prize is acceptable? Rep/tokens are not acceptable at all. How many is it? Like 5 rep? 2 tokens? lel. Events staff themselves don't use the forum rewards - why would players?
2b) If not what would you like? (be realistic) Weekly shopping order from tesco if I win 5 events in a week

3b) Why (not)? Events are provided. Community feel is not.
4) If you could what would you change? Fortnightly themed campaigns (w/ other departments)

can I just say I REALLY dislike the format of these threads management are making. if you're doing a survey, make it a PM one. if you want discussion, don't use rigid questions like these.

1b) Why (not)? Boring, to many trolls.
2a) Do you think the average event prize is acceptable? Some people give good prizes, some haven't a clue what the average prize is meant to be.
2b) If not what would you like? (be realistic) I used to give 3 to 4 furni. Depending on it's price.
3a) Do you think the department is working well? Can't say I've given it much notice. Probably not though.
3b) Why (not)? The department doesn't really get along. There's always an argument between the staff. More staff bonding is needed within the department, to make memebrs feel more closer, than arguing over whose got what slot.

6) What is the best thing about the department? There isn't really one if I'm honest. There's never any events, so......
