You should first try to replace coke zero (or any soft drink) with more water.

Well it sounds like the fat you're losing, you're replacing with muscle. If you plan to lose weight, it's better to eat/drink healthier and go for runs or something, not weight lifting.

    This.

Also you haven't mentioned your diet at all other than coke zero. Look at your calorie intake per day and also look at the types of food you're eating. Is it mostly processed stuff or things that come out of a packet? Do you cook food yourself or do you just buy stuff and heat it up?

thank you, been deciding to either go for jogs in the morning but was told not to rush it. I have been walking for 25 minutes to the station and back a day so that could be considered this? I don't know

Maybe just try jogging to and from the station? Even doing that could vastly help over walking.
Or if you want to start off small, jog for 5 mins, walk for 5, jog for 5, walk for 5, and so on.

Which is high in carbs. But as it's said before, you could just be losing body fat and gaining muscle. In the gym ask a trainer to get your body fat percentage and have a look again in a few weeks to see if that's what's going down. Is it body fat you're trying to lose or you actually want to drop a few pounds for whatever reason?
