Banned from habbo! What?!

Hi all
I used to play quite a few years ago, I've logged on maybe once of twice a year for the last 5-6 years, just to make sure everyone is ok.
So I tried to log on a few weeks ago and I couldn't find the email I used to create my account!
after searching and contacting habbo (with no reply) I think I found my email. So I logged in to get a message 'you are banned for suspicious credit activity'
What?! I haven't bought credits since probably around 2008 when I was younger! This year I seem to be banned :S

Anyone in the same situation?
I've emailed them but it's been 3 weeks now and no reply!

My in game name was lHum!

that's odd
unless you've been hacked and theyve used your account to like get generated creds on it or something
not sure really but definitely keep trying with habbo
bump your ticket and make new ones if you need to
they probs just skipped yours!!
