There's none that really stand out as a generic help desk (that hasn't been done before) that would do until February if you have a Valentine's one.

I hope 1 doesn't win purely for the fact it would make a fantastic Valentines one.

Layout 4 has my vote (minus the EU rag on the wall. Can't you replace it with the flag of New Zealand which belongs up there for our NZ HxF members!!!!)

It's a nice twist on the classic design but its different and slightly random. It and the classic are the only rooms there which look inviting to me where I would want to spend time. The large rooms are ridiculous: HxHD isn't a theme park and shouldn't look like one. Keep it simple with a bit of a twist.
