Should habbo ditch the help tool?

Do you think habbo should ditch the habbo help tool? The help tool seems to never work (cant be bothered to send emails) ! So what do you think?

Lol just mean like..... make a new sort of helping thing something much more simple to find (cause im a bit dumb & blind) and which is better to use.

Well there didn't used to be a problem with the help tool it was just the habbo staff never botherd to reply to the emails from it. There are only errors with it now, and they will be fixed with ease. All they need to do is reply to the emails its not the systems fault.
