all armour and weapons will go down at some point. they wont keep rising unlike rares(never release again) because as more ppl obtain these armour and whips from monsters and barrows, there will be more supply so demand will fall . So eventually whips and barrows armour and dragon will fall in price. like whips were 10mil at first, now dropped down to 4.5mil or something.

like 5 years ago, rune items that only be smithed or kill a high lvl monster was expensive such as rune kite, battle was 200kea and r2h was 300k, while rune large was 100k. these dropped down alot because there are alot more smithers at lvl 99 so there is more supply of rune armour and weapons and these guys compete to sell and price wars started and they kept lowering the prices.
