Hello, I have a new forum and I have a few members and moderators but I am offering jobs on it. You must be good at communicating and must be trustworthy. You will be given 5/6 forums depending on how many replies I get and will be put on a mod trial for a week after which your possition will be descided. It is an Invisionfree forum and experience is not really necceccary as there is a mod handbook on the site for moderators to read.
