Ok people have there own opions right...? well my friend said this to me its inocent to sleep with some one until you do somthing because tenicaly your just sleeping. And my other friend knowen as TINKERBELL says that 13 is a young age to be felt up or to make put with some one really whats your opion?

Errr, Im not 100% about this:
It is illegal to have sex under the age of 16 ( In UK anyway ),
But sleeping with someone you can do at any age, As you are sleeping.

I belive that 16 is a good age, But i saw on BBC, They want to start stuff like kissing etc at 16, I disargee, If they do this, They cant ban sex or what young couples ment todo?
Sex one is ok but kissing is whack.
