Mexico signs FTA with Britain, becoming 59th country to do so

Today we signed a deal with Mexico supporting a trading relationship of more than £5bn. 🇬🇧 🇲🇽
The deal means:

☑️ certainty for 🇬🇧 business
☑️ a step closer to joining #CPTPP

59 countries have now agreed trade deals with the UK

Today the UK signed a trade agreement with #Mexico.

We have now secured trade deals with 58 countries, worth £198bn in trade, in just two years.

In 2019, Mexico was the 6th largest global market for Scotch Whisky by volume 🇲🇽
