Hi, I'm a returning habbo player and new to habbox forums! Any suggestions on where to start? I'm working on a game room on habbo and also looking to find the accurate prices for items.. anyone know which guide is the best to refer with?

Unfortunately I can't be of any assistance with help on Habbo as I don't really play myself, but I see you've created a thread in the Habbo Discussion section of the forum, so hopefully someone can help you out there or give advice at least.
As for prices, a good guide for rare values is of course Habbox Rares Values, which you can find here: https://habbox.com/rares
However if you're after normal furni then I think your guess is as good as anyones, whatever you're happy to pay is generally the answer, or you can go by what the MP has on it's average price.
