    Default What’s your favourite cheese

Okays, so I love all different cheeses apart from that blue cheese that people have at Christmas the smell and taste hell nah. But anyways lately I have tried a Cheddar apple flavour and it’s bloody delicious!! What cheese do you like and why??!!!

ooooooooh I just love a cheese and meat board and with a red wine. I honestly can't say as I just eat whatever is in front of me, but my go-to at home is Extra Mature Cheddar - I just love the tang. But I will sit and eat ANY cheese.

I love blue cheese but in small quantities and in the right environment. My favourite go-to cheese that works for most things is a double Gloucester, it's firm enough to work nicely in salads (or just as a standalone snack if I'm feeling lazy) and it also melts quite nicely for burgers
