Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!

My friend whos 10 has a kind of stepdad named Jim.He had a baby (alexander) with her mum and they are getting married. Her name is Isobel and her brothers + Sister is James(12),Shelia(8) and Alexander(1). Jim hits them for no reason. And our other best friend (Ellis) said once she went up to her house and They were sent outside and when Jim shouted them in and Ellis had to wait outside and Jim hit them all (not Ellis). And they all have to go to their bed at 7:30PM! and no one is aloud to come for the past 6:30pm...And on summer holidays bedtime for them is 8pm! Can anyone give me advice what to do?

Well, calling police for a start would help.
Tell Childline, you can just search it and get the number off google.

Its just sick and horried how someone can do that. 15 Years in prison at the least. :eusa_pray

Thanx for the advice.I'll tell Isobel to tell her mum first that he hits them. Then if he continues i'll tell her to phone the police + childline.
