How Do You Get Somthing In High Scores?

Just get your levels up.

When they're high enough, they'll be in the high scores, autmatically.

Go to the homepage and click on the "View the hiscores" option in the Website Features section.

But, if like 1,000,000 people have 44 Woodcutting for example, you'd need over 44 to get into the high scores.

Yep, but they dont yet. All skills ive got up to 30 have been on highscores at 30
