Tis alrite =) right first you have to..

mine 1 tin ore and one copper ore from the rocks nearby

then you use them on the furnace... and you get a bronze bar back, use the bronze bar on a anvil nearby and click the dagger and you make it

you have to equip the bow and arrows by clicking on them then stand next to the fence and attack the rat =)
