Also there is certian things i want to avoid swapping tips and seekeing advice about on this forum due to the nature of there is children around and some of it is technicly against the rules

- No talking about Sexual health (I will still do an information post on this)

- No discriminating people because of thier illneses/sexuality/disabilities
