Reputation question?

Im sorry if this kind of thread has already been posted but how do you add a specific number of rep like +10 rep or +4 rep? P.S please move this thread to a different forum if ive put it into the wrong place thanks

This system of reputation has been disabled for many months now.

The reputation system now is that you have different rep powers. You earn rep powers in many different ways. For example the amount of posts that you have made, or the amount of reputation you have. The full list is here

Register Date Factor For every 365 number of days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
Post Count Factor For every 2500 number of posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
Reputation Point Factor For every 200 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power
Minimum Post Count How many posts must a user have before his reputation hits count on others is 25
Daily Reputation Clicks Limit How many reputation clicks can a user give over each 24 hour period is 10
Reputation User Spread How many different users must you give reputation to before you can hit the same person again is 20

So now if I had say 3 rep power, if i rep someone they would recieve 3 rep points.

Reputation User Spread How many different users must you give reputation to before you can hit the same person again is 20

This means that say if you rep me, you will have to rep another 20 people before you can rep me again. This is to prevent people bad repping someone with pointless rep.
