No you can only give items, unfortunately I wanted to transfer my stuff to a new account because my username isthe same as my neopet. ;>

You can trade np ive done it loads of time transfering np from my accounts . You jsut put something up for trade then log into your other account and offer a item and some np and then you log back to your accoutn and accept your offer.
