Well since version 8 came out habbo was fine no LAG great but however this week i have noticed that there has been alot of lag is this just me pls reply

There was lag before V8 lmao. I do get big lag aswell but oh well. :p

ok dont know how true this is. its just what others have said in habbo. If anyone can find out if its right let me know.

One guy said that its cos the new rare is out and alot of people have come on more to buy and trade it cos its a good rare. (unlike the screens and marquee) more people on hotel = more lag.

a couple of people have said that cos battle ball is more popular here than they ever thought it was going to be they have had to try a few things to keep it running properly. one of those is transfering more of the server runtime to the running of battleball. And that when the hype dies down they will be able to get the balance sorted out a bit better.

like i said this is all habbo talk and you know what thats like. you never know if it comes from a guy who knows exactly whats going on or some dumb pleb throwing ideas off the top of his head. If anyone could find out that would be great.

It's mainly because the staff are editing public rooms/bots.

its been mega lagged here r my supposed reasons.
Lots of people buying new rare
Lots of people playing battleball
staff messing around with bots
lots of people trading for new rare and halloween furni

Habbo lagged for 10mins for me then it started geting more laggy o your not the only one

I know this drifts off topic a bit, but Habbo has only a fraction of lag Runescape has.
