Kk, well im a noob and like loads of people say counter strike is good and all that and i might get it, but like, do you buy the game by itself in a shop or summin or does it come with half life or something O.o

people said it was connected to half life and now im all confuzzled ;[

right if u get half life generations 3 (in ur in the uk) u get counterstrike with it aswell as loads of other games. if u want to play online install something called steam since VALVe closed down WON servers its good chances are you'll die alot like every1 does but its a good game

Just buy Half-Life 2. Counter-strike is a mod of half life, so it comes with it. And like the guy before said, download steam (http://www.steampowered.com/). I own at cs, so if you want to get a good wasting, give me a shout.

Well its well worth buying mate, I've played the counterstrike/half life series for a while (Since cs 1.5 BETA) and i've gotten good, when i first played it, i would have such scores as 1-66, Now the worst ill have is 9-10, And when im really playing, i could be on 30/40-10, Which is good , I play in leagues and stuff, You just gotta knuckle down, And put the time in too get good, No-one is a natural in online gaming
