Whats a decent Ranging Level to go PKing

If you're a pure I'd say around 70-80, since most rangers there ARE pures that are combat 49 with 70 range.

he attacked me lvl 18 was in lvl 3 he ran jamie shot him ded

lvl 18 and getting a rune scimmy from a lvl 18 is really good as they cant wield them at that lvl.
