Habbo Window Manager (WIP Kinda)

Alright, so I decided that the three-cloud window currently featured in Habbo guest rooms, despite the fact that some would not be so high up that clouds would start formulating right outside the third floor window.

It's work in progress because I was hoping to get some of the 'weathers' animated, such as the rain, the snow and maybye some floating clouds. I'd appreciate any comments, constructive criticism and, escpecially, reputation points.

Out of ten ratings would also be great.

Weathers include normal, sunny, snowing, rain, nighttime and cloudy.

More 'weather' and, hopefully, some animations.

Uhh.. Just me or did that make no sense?

Edit: Oh, I see, you meant the wall hanging in the Ten Feet Under Cafe. Yeah, I noticed that but it doesn't seem like a night sky in pixelated form. The same way that the stripes coming from the pixel sun would not make good in an oil painting.
