If i come across one more thread about people leaving i think i'll kill myself. People are choosing to leave for personal reasons or for reasons which they are entitled to keep to themselves. It may be true that some are following on after some great members have decided to leave, but it's not the end of the world. Please stop worry about it.

Not really, everyone has to move on at some stage.
Alot of people will leave when others leave so they can support each other (if you get what i mean)
And alot of staff are leaving as they want to get on with there real life and school
