    Default Dieting Tips

    Dieting Tips
If your thinking of going on a diet and need some tips to start you off then you are in luck. Below are some tips to help you on your way to being healthy. I hope they help you.

Kiwi Fruit - Eat one a day - They're 85 per cent water and packed with vitamin C - Great for the skin.

Get out of bed 10 minutes earlier each day - This makes time for you to have breakfast. Skipping meals slows down metabolism - This means you'll store more fat and feel tired.

Processed Foods - Try and cut them out as much as possible - This means swapping burgers for chicken sandwhiches and biscuits for fruit.

Yoghurt - This is packed with friendly bacteria meaning it will keep your stomach in good working order - This helps when you are feeling bloated.

Sugary Foods - Try to ease off sugary foods as most are low on nutrients - This means you will crave even more.

Apple - Eat an apple a day as they are sweet and ultra healthy - This also contains a soluble fibre called pectrin - This helps to keep blood sugar levels stable so you won't want to snack.

Hunger In Between Meals - If you are hungry in between meals snack on nuts but go for fresh rather than salted - Nuts are loaded with nutrients that will keep you healthy and looking great.

Semi-Skimmed Milk - This is packed with calcium and protein which strengthens your bones and muscles - If you don't like drinking it on it's own make a smoothie or mix it with drinking chocolate for a tread.

I mean not to criticise your post as i'm not but:

People already know all this, yet it's actually forcing yourself to do it.

As don't forget with healthy food it's ironic it hardly ever tastes good yet fatty foods e.g Biscuits always tastes sweet and nice because of all the added in flavouring which makes them unhealthy "/

But you should do more a less everything said in that post

+ Rep for writing down that information.

    Nice info

Sometimes its difficult to start straight away, from the diet your body's orginally used to, literally changing it to the opposite of tatse, filling etc.. its hard for your body to turn that little bit quicker.

Yes, its a god way to keep healthy, the foods stated do help. I feel that people tend to drift into a diet more than just starting one dead on. For example, eating less fatty foods and more fruit and then maybe a week later, more fruit than your average amount of junk etc...

    Yep, Family Guy

I hate feeling overweight, if I know that I've been eating really c'rap food latley, it will play on my mind and eventually make me go for a run.
