Requesting Background For My Site

I find designing websites really hard. And hardly know a thing. So I'm asking if you guys will create me a background for my site which must include:

My logo, A site navi including:
Home, News, Links, Community.
A box for the stats to go in, a box for a poll, And an empty box.

Also I have cutenews uploaded so if you can create a main box where the site pages will load will be great.

Real good sites slice up templates into layouts on a table then it never mucks up and looks way more professional, I would make you one but I don't really have the time.

Problem is the colours if you want me to make you a Decent one you will need to give me more information for what you want because i don't want to waste hours trying to make a good one you won't like.

lol it woulnt take any longer to laod as a background as it does here, it only loads it once then duplicates. athogh a colare changing background could be a littel annoying..
