The Moderator system has now changed. Basically, when we recruit new Moderators, they will become a Green Moderator. The Green Moderator status is basically a "probationary period". All Moderators will remain in this group until they fit the criteria to become a Super Moderator. If they persistently show no improvement, they will be removed from the team.

Here is how we assess the Moderators:

    1. Activity
    2. Consistancy of posts
    3. Trust
    4. Other things that cannot be disclosed.

Once they meet the criteria, they are then given a Super Moderator status.

Due to security reasons, HabboAid cannot have a large Moderator team. it is vital that Habbo Forum has a small but highly effective team. In order to achieve this, we need to ensure our Moderators meet our Moderator requirements on an ongoing basis.

If a Moderator loses their Green status, this does not mean to say that they won't be able to have it back again. They may not have to go through the applications system all over again. They may just need to convince us that they are a suitable Moderator.

Although our Moderators do what they do voluntarily and their efforts are much appreciated, it is still very important for us to ensure that our Moderation system is as effective as possible. After all, HabboAid is a site where hundreds of youths come every single day.

I know that it isn't professional to make our Moderator procedures public. I also know that I can't make changes like this without explaining.

Please feel free to contact me with your suggestions/ideas. As we welcome your feedback.
