I think u should be able to give super rights
basicly, all the rights the owner has (except pick up furni hehe!)
and where u write the room desc and it says the owners name
it should say
co-owner : bla bla bla for the people with super rights

i basicly think they should do this incase an owner gets banned from theyr computor, or they'v got permed banned, or theyv gone on holiday

i thought this because i got banned from my computor
and god knows what state habbo leisure centre is in atm! lool!

Sorry but I don't think it is a good idea .

Being able to pick furniture up should be allowed for the room owner only. It's nice to think you can trust even your best friends, but the reality is you can't. (Not everyone, but some people).

Also you may face problems when someone gets their account stolen, not only would the 'hacker' be able to steal the furni in the account he is in, but also in other people's rooms that he has 'super rights' in - That's the main thing which I think makes the idea a bad one.

Maybe super rights would be where you can give and take away other people's rights, but you are only able to give out normal rights, not supers rights -- I think that would work.

This has been said before I think that these should be the features: -

Super Rights
-Kick People
-Move Furni
-Give people / remove normal rights
-Able to get in the room when doorbelled
-Able to kick people with normal rights

Normal Rights
-Unable to kick owner / people with super rights
-Move furni
-Kick other habbos
-Unable to get in when doorbelled unless let in

By having these features it would allow alot better features for the rights system.

Also I think that the owner should be able to edit rights / give rights without the habbo being there.

i dont think this is a good idea as theres many childish people out there and they would be changing the room name to rude/abusive words

I would not let people with rights change the room name etc.. But i would let them have the other features that I have mentioned above

Super rights would have the same features basically as normal rights but they would have more power.

No i mean that they would have basically the same basic features but super rights would have slightly more features like getting in the room when it is doorbelled
