    Default I nearly fied :(

Hey dudes. Aint been on since last Friday, reason being I was in hospital. Here goes. For the last week I had been feeling dizzy and faint, I ignored it. On Friday I felt AWFUL. Couldnt do anything. So on Saturday I woke up to go to the bathroom. And I collapsed. Next thing I know I was in an ambulance with the paramedics screaming my name because I was un concious. I went hospital and they took loadsa blood. I had no energy so they put two drips on me. I felt awful and the doctors where worried. Then the results came back. In my blood my red blood cells [heamoglobin] where breaking up. And my marrow was not making new ones. The normal heamoglobin level is 15. Mine was a worrying 6. So I was in hospital. They sent me home and said although I will faint I need to carry on. I have to go every two weeks to the blood doctor [heamotologist] until they find out what it is. So basically that was my week. I thought I was fine until I was in that abulance. My heamoblin in now 9 but that ain't high enough. They wanted to do a blood transfusion on me but I said no and they said wait a while then we will see so in the future I will need one. So that was my week. I feel REALLY rough but need to get on with life. May not be on forum as much but the last week was in hospital. The hospital was nice, they gave me a PS2 but i couldn't play. So that was my week, I still need to see the blood specialist every 2 weeks because the illness is idiopathic which means unknown and they need to sort it out. So anyway. Yeah thats it . I am just glad to be alive and well. Although we are worried that my level hasn't risen so I need to go to the heamotologist and my consultant every 2 weeks. I am on 4 types of medicine now but am just waiting. I have to change the way I live, even a cold could be dangerous to me. I can;t touch very dirty stuff and well I am waiting for the results. But thank god I am alive and well, just pray that the final outcome isn't majorly serious. Although I am home they are still worried. I felt normal and healthy up till a few weeks ago, my life changed in a week. But hey! I survived and am going to fight my way through it!
